1. Locate the tracking code sent to you by e-mail from Veinci, or sign in to your account to find it there.
2. Select the field labeled “Enter Your Tracking Number”.
3. Type the code in, or paste it straight from your clipboard.
4. Hit “Track Order.”
5. Hold on while you are redirected and the page finishes loading.

Following your parcel never costs anything — the service runs on an external tracking site called ParcelsApp. Any request for payment means an advertisement was clicked by mistake. Simply let the red “Track Package” bar finish loading; as soon as it completes, the full tracking history appears and the page scrolls down on its own. Nothing has to be paid, and leaving the page is never necessary.

How long shipping takes depends on the destination country, though on average:

• Express shipping: 5-8 business days counted from dispatch.
• Free standard shipping: 7-16 business days counted from dispatch.

Keep in mind that these figures refer to business days, not calendar days.

The status “Shipment information received” simply means the courier has not collected the parcel yet. The following transit update confirms the pickup and that the parcel is on its way to you — that is the point where the delivery window starts counting.
